Regrettably, the swing motor stopped working after only makes use of. I contacted Fisher-Price & they offered to send a new motor that would arrive in weeks. After weeks I called Fisher-Price back as they hadn't received the replacement part. On the second call I was one time informed that the replacement motor was on back order, & had been on back order when they placed our original call. It would now be more weeks before the motor was estimated to be obtainable & then another weeks for shipping time, making our wait over 6 weeks from the original call. For an item that can only be used until an infant starts sitting up, six weeks is a significant amount of time to be out of commission. I do give Fisher-Price credit that they ultimately agreed to let us return the swing & give us a refund - I wish they hadn't wasted a lot time in the technique & that I'd been informed of the back order status in the work of my first call. While I was one time waiting on hold with Fisher-Price, I read several reviews that also referenced the motor conking out on this swing - I wish I had read those before purchasing. Given the reviews & the fact that the motor replacement was on back order, I suspect this is not an unusual issue.
